Mihai Aldea is a Product Manager at Rohde & Schwarz in Munich responsible for echo generators used in automotive radar development, validation and production. Prior to that, Mihai was a design engineer at Continental, an RF production engineer at Ericsson and more recently a marketing and business development manager at Huawei. Mihai holds bachelors and masters degrees in electronic engineering from the Politechnica University in Timisoara in Romania.

Christian Lauerer, Market Segment Manager ADAS, Rohde & Schwarz
Christian Lauerer started his role as Market Segment Manager Automotive at R&S Munich in 2024 and he is responsible for ADAS Sensor Test with a strong focus on radar. Before joining R&S, Christian was working at Expleo Group as department head ADAS/AD where he was responsible for development and testing projects for ADAS & Automated Driving. Christian has a diploma in electronics and computer science from Technical University Ingolstadt. He did his PhD (Dr.-Ing.) in the field of advanced crash detection for automotive airbag systems by using in-crash acoustic emission sensing. After his PhD he was responsible for the development and implementation of the research and test center CARISSMA at Technical University Ingolstadt.

Ludwig Mair, Business Development Manager ADAS, NOFFZ Technologies
Ludwig Mair is a Business Development Manager at NOFFZ Technologies where his responsibilities include sales, marketing and product development for the radar sensor test solution product range. Ludwig has a long term background in technology & sales for radar, OTA test solutions, RF and mmWave as well as mechanical engineering and business administration. He has more than 10 years management experience in RF and test solutions with automotive OEM´s and Tier1’s.
